The UT387C scanner is intended for the detection of various inhomogeneities in the wall or behind a plasterboard wall - for example, ferrous and non-ferrous copper, brass pipes, reinforcement in concrete, stainless steel, non-magnetic steel, live electrical wires and el. AC voltage, wooden slats and blocks. Detection is based on the principles of electromagnetic induction. The scanner includes an LCD indicator display, an indicator color LED and a buzzer. The scanner is powered by a 9V battery 6F22.
